What metrics can I measure

We collect various proximity metrics for each spot that help you evaluate the success of your proximity Campaigns. Each metric is displayed close to real-time.

Analytics

    1. Metrics that are measured for each added SPOT:

      1. Total Number of Visitors - the total number of people that were in the range of the spot and received campaign.

      2. New Visitors - the number of new visitors that were in the range of the spot and received campaign. If a visitor comes back to the same spot in a few days he will not be counted as a 'New Visitor' anymore.

      3. Average Stay Duration - the average time people spent in the range of the spot.

      4. New & Returning Visitors - comparison between the total number of visitors and new visitors.

      5. User Profile Metrics:

        • Male & Female Visitors - comparison between the total number of male and female visitors.

        • Age Groups - comparison between the total number of visitors from different Age Groups. Age Groups consist of:

          • Children (younger than 12 years old)
          • Teenagers (12 - 19 years old)
          • Young adults (20 - 29 years old)
          • Adults (30 - 55 years old)
          • Mature (56 - 65 years old)
          • Pensioners (above 65 years old)

           

         

      6. Customer Flow:

        • Incoming Flow - see what path your customers take to reach a certain area in your place.

        • Outgoing Flow - see what your customers do after they reach a certain area in your place.

        • Traffic Sources - the most popular traffic sources to a certain location.

        • Traffic Destinations - the most popular traffic sources from a certain location.

        Please note: if user is within the range of two different spots at the same time, metrics for spot A and spot B will be alternately added.

         

    2. Metrics that are measured for each CONTENT:
      (each metric contains also data from opening an Eddystone URL links with that content)

      1. Total Views - how many times the content has been displayed on a device.

      2. New Views - how many times the content has been displayed for a first time on a device. If the same visitor displays the same content again in a few days it will not be counted as a 'New View' anymore.

      3. New & Recurring - comparison between the total number of views and new views.

      4. User Profile Metrics:

        • Male & Female Visitors - comparison between the total number of male and female viewers.

        • Age Groups - comparison between the total number of viewers from different Age Groups. Age Groups consist of:

          • Children (younger than 12 years old)
          • Teenagers (12 - 19 years old)
          • Young adults (20 - 29 years old)
          • Adults (30 - 55 years old)
          • Mature (56 - 65 years old)
          • Pensioners (above 65 years old)

           

         

      5. Most Viewed Campaigns - information from which campaign a particular content has been viewed most.

      (each metric contains also data from opening an Eddystone URL links with that campaign)

      1. Total Views - how many times the campaign has been displayed on a device.

      2. New Views - how many times the campaign has been displayed for a first time on a device. If the same visitor displayes the same campaign again in a few days it will not be counted as a 'New View' anymore.

      5. Most Viewed Contents - information which contents assigned to this particular campaign have been viewed most.

 




App Users

App Users tab collects all demographic information about people that use your mobile app. This means that they don't have to be in proximity of any spot, nor campaign, only connected to the internet.

App Usage tab provides information about how often your mobile app is being used on a daily basis. App Usage shows number of API calls to the server.

How to export data

To export collected data find Export CSV button and select the type of CSV file:
